Exchange and return shipping costs belong to the buyer. All products we offer for sale are inspected for damage while being packaged for delivery. In the rare event that a product is defective/defective/wrong and arrives to you in such a case, you can get help by contacting us via WhatsApp. When your order is delivered to your address by the cargo officer, be sure to check the outer package for damage before receiving the product and prepare a "Due Detection Report" as soon as you see any damage.
